Every week, the doors of Tribeca Wine Merchants open to one of the best-kept secrets in Manhattan: a free wine tasting where friends, neighbors, and wine lovers gather to explore an ever-changing lineup of terrific bottles.
Whether you’re just beginning your wine journey or have a cellar of your own, these tastings are a chance to discover something new, meet fellow wine enthusiasts, and engage in lively conversation. All while enjoying wines that are always thoughtfully selected, sometimes unexpected, and never ordinary.
What to Expect
Each tasting is an opportunity to dive into different styles, regions, and winemaking philosophies. One week, we might be pouring grower Champagne and Burgundy; the next, delicious gems from the Loire, Piedmont, or Napa Valley. Sometimes, we open something truly special! A legendary producer, an aged classic, or a wine that’s just starting to make waves.
Our team is here to pour, share, and discuss, helping you expand your palate and find wines you love. There’s no pressure: just good wines and great company in a welcoming space.
