If you haven’t yet heard of Boigey Frères, you’re missing out on Vosne-Romanée’s most exciting “old is new again” story. Neighboring the legendary estates of Jean-Yves Bizot and Comte Liger-Belair, brothers Olivier and Guillaume Boigey have quickly earned a reputation as “ones to watch.”
Though the Boigey family is among the oldest in Vosne-Romanée, it was only recently that the brothers began reclaiming their family’s historic vineyards, like the lieu-dit Aux Jachées, shared only with Bizot. Their revival of these ancient holdings marks the return of a long-sleeping domaine to Burgundy’s forefront.
