The NV Extra-Brut L’Accomplie is a blend of five barrels, 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the lower slopes of Mont Benoit, all 2023 vintage. Two presses were used; the first was 100% Pinot Noir, the second was a Pinot Noir/Chardonnay co-ferment. Considering the year, it’s a remarkable wine. Chalky and floral notes open first. Time in the glass brings out the wine’s tension, energy and class. It will surely be one of the top wines of the year. Dosage is 2.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January 2026.
