From a 1.30 hectare parcel with vines more than 60 years old and the oldest planted in 1930. Les Clos has a very complex geologically and Berthaut's vines grow into at least four different types of bedrock: Premeaux limestone, marly ostrea acuminata, crinoidial limestone, and alluvial stones from the Combe Laveau. Fully destemmed. Aged for 12 months in barrel (approximately 20% new).
