Macari was established in 1995 and is currently owned and operated by three generations of the Macari family. For years, Macari has been the go-to name for biodynamic practices in the North Fork of Long Island, practicing regenerative agriculture and farming without herbicides.
This rose is a blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, with 2% Malbec to round it out. Dry and very balanced with the right amount of fruit on the mid-palate. Perfect on its own or with a wide variety of foods, it's a versatile pick for the Summer - and it's local!
